Gathering ten rare recordings from 1969 to 1985, the compilation reflects an era when electronic pioneers, jazz adventurers and studio visionaries stretched sound into new dimensions. Moog innovators Beaver & Krause, cinematic orchestrator Jean-Claude Petit, dream-synth explorer Ector Davis and composer Bernard Larquet sketch radically different approaches to futuristic music, each track illuminating its own sonic constellation.

Among the highlights is Patrick Marcel’s “Bagnols,” a privately pressed 1985 treasure that blends ambient drift with ECM-like jazz nuances; and Wlodek Gulgowski’s Scandinavian jazz-funk jewel, a sophisticated bridge between groove and cosmic atmosphere. Together they encapsulate the compilation’s spirit of discovery and expansive imagination.

Unearthed from obscurity and restored with care, these pieces reveal a hidden lineage of electronic poetry, spiritual jazz textures and exploratory ambient forms — music without borders, guided by curiosity and intuition.
