Originally surfacing in the early 2000s and later reissued, the track distills the duo’s unstoppable chemistry: I:Cube’s analogue mischief and Gilb’R’s crate-digger imagination spiralling into a hypnotic, slow-burning disco mutation. Synth lines wobble like liquid chrome, percussion loops twist in eccentric patterns, and the whole thing moves with that unmistakable Versatile Records mystique — playful yet deeply transportive.

“Discobole” remains one of Château Flight’s most adored oddities, a cosmic wobble of leftfield dance music that still feels fresh, unpredictable and utterly addictive on modern floors.
