Enigmatic electronic music producer MPU101 continues a run of atmospheric releases for Ilian Tape's ITX series, blending warped analogue synths, brittle rhythms and faded melodies into evocative, dreamlike compositions. As with previous instalments, the music hints at early IDM and ambient techno while maintaining its own understated identity. Another absorbing collection from one of Ilian Tape's most elusive artists.
