Across eight tracks, he moves effortlessly between moods: “Fog Frog Green” opens in a misty haze of ambient-folk drift, while “Lovers Lake” swims through witchy vocals and bluesy chords suspended in vast synthscapes. “Closer” folds spoken-word trances from Aprico into cosmic machine-funk, and “Colas” erupts in a two-minute sermon from Togolese rapper Yao Bobby, sharp and unrestrained.
