Originally released in 1972, the album finds Dieter Moebius and Hans-Joachim Roedelius, with Conny Plank behind the desk, exploring hypnotic synth textures, manipulated guitars and abstract sonic environments far beyond the conventions of rock music. Across two side-long pieces, Cluster create immersive and deeply psychedelic soundscapes that feel suspended between ambient experimentation, industrial noise and cosmic improvisation.

A hugely influential record for artists ranging from Brian Eno and David Bowie to The Orb and Coil, Cluster II remains a cornerstone of electronic music history and one of the essential documents of the German underground.
