Sitting at the sweet spot between Black Ark warmth, Firehouse dancehall grit and Jahtari’s psychedelic dub futurism, the album flows like a cosmic daydream. It’s music for alien beaches — basking under double suns, swimming with plasma squids, and drifting through emerald seas of sound.

With extra bass and guitar from Dubsworth, hand-drawn artwork by David 8000 Farris and a striking alien-green vinyl edition, this release is as much a visual statement as a sonic one. Dubs from Vortex Beach is dub at its most immersive — playful, heavy and intergalactic.
