Opening with 53X’s propulsive *Radar*, the record nods to the trance revival while stretching into widescreen, analogue-driven soundscapes. Finland’s Jonne Lydén follows with tracks from his acclaimed *Zen ’23*, where lowered BPMs and hypnotic arrangements channel a cinematic, late-night energy.

Jamie Paton, inseparable from Especial’s DNA since day one, contributes two remixes that embody his signature dubwise approach. His rework of Chez De Milo’s *Kremer* dissolves ethnic origins into a space echo dreamscape, while his collaboration with 53X on the closer reshapes Lydén’s material into a dense fusion of trance, acid and protoid atmospherics.

Elsewhere, Alphonse returns with *Raze Rave*, a sweeping suite that distills the spirit of rave culture into breaks, sampled voices, and deep dub bass, all filtered through his distinct sensibility.

Celebrating a decade of boundary-pushing releases, *Gracias Especial* captures the label’s past, present and future in one collection—playful yet serious, eclectic yet coherent, and always aimed at adventurous dancefloors.
