The material drifts between ambient shadow, early industrial atmospheres and embryonic forms of what would later define Coil’s mythic soundworld — tape alchemy, ritual pulse, and an uncanny emotional gravity. Textures blur and reform, melodies hover like ghosts and rhythms appear only as fragments of some deeper, hidden machinery.

Assembled with care from the Swanyard studio archives, IF-89LP-W stands as one of the most revealing windows into the group’s creative inner sanctum: raw, intimate and heavy with the strange beauty that only Coil could conjure.
