During his years of solitude, LYMA refined his skills, recording sun-tinged ideas that later connected with the local INI Movement. From these exchanges the *In Between Shifts* LP took shape, marking his first major release on the Wicked Wax imprint.

Spanning soul, forward-thinking hip-hop and genre-bending dance, the record highlights LYMA’s multifaceted approach. Tracks like “Bigger” quickly gained online traction, “It’s Ti” explores his more soulful side, while “Hibernate”, “Fading” and “Bagdadway” reflect the wider set of inspirations and textures present across the album.

With smooth vocals blending into lush instrumentation, *In Between Shifts* stands as a soulful and versatile release, capturing the essence of LYMA’s artistry and the collaborative spirit of Amsterdam’s independent scene.
